Good Thursday to you, fine folks of surf.

Clearly the 2025 Gremmy Awards have not yet begun, but I've got two categories about 90% written so maybe they should have by now. I'm thinking within a week they'll start and hopefully continue steadily from there.

Well, it's not a good thing that I realized at 6:15am that I hadn't written this last night, but maybe the habit will get underway soon. There's a bit less to discuss than last time, so it should be a pretty short one.

Gremmys are still underway, with it taking up most of my listening this past week, and words being written and such.

I REALLY want to thank everybody that signed up for the Storm Surge of Reverb mailing list. While I don't think fifteen subscribers would impress anybody, I looked at it thinking "they're all so beautiful!". I want to remind y'all that the eventual goal is to have that be THE main way to notify y'all of updates.

I'm trying a new thing! I've had two issues with how Storm Surge of Reverb has been lately:

1. I can't get back to reviewing literally everything I can find like I did before I had kids. Not even close.

2. I desperately want to get off of Meta platforms. Not only because of personal convictions, but because I also think they're an awful experience, and I'm only on them at this point to promote my show.
